Creative Designer, 2020 - 2025
As the senior design lead at Tin Man I oversee design across new business, campaign work, and internal projects. I lean on an varied technical skillset that shapes our creative process, from developing concepts to delivering polished designs. Notable experience includes:
Lead digital and print OOH campaigns for Gumtree, Trainline, and GU — managing everything from concept and artwork, having involvement in media buying, third-party production conversations and rolling-out across social, internal, and in-app channels.
Management of 'TinStudio', our in-house design hub, overseeing both strategic planning and creative delivery. This includes scoping briefs, managing budgets and timelines, allocating resource, while delivering an integrated, multi-disciplinary design offering.
Owned and delivered full rebrands for Tin Man and sister agency OhMy! — developing strategically rooted visual identities with full brand guidelines, multi-channel rollout plans with brand systems that future proof.
Collaborate with teams and agencies including designers, creatives, senior management, social, and freelances to develop and deliver earned-first PR campaigns. I lead the design response to briefs creating concepts and presenting internally and to clients.
Developed a brand tone-of-voice framework for new business, a strategic visual system used to win clients including Cadbury Biscoff, Grenade, and Dunelm.
Mentor junior designers and build a culture of growth and curiosity — staying ahead of trends through D&AD, TypoCircle, and Nice Tuesdays, while upskilling in tools like Figma, Framer, and AI (Midjourney). Contribute actively to internal inclusion and mental health initiatives.
With 7+ years of award-winning agency experience (Branding, Packaging, PR and Advertising) I'm seasoned in creating vibrant, narrative-driven designs across digital and print. Having grown in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment I take pride in creating strategically grounded, collaborative work.
I'm proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, Midjourney, Gemini, Figma, Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Slides. I come with a wealth of experience across Brand, OOH, Social, Packaging, Print, Artwork, Motion, Copywriting, Editorial & Corporate.
But who actually am I?
A big foodie born into a cheddar-making Somerset family (yes, free cheese). I'm an avid F1 fan, dog person and keen traveller. Stoke Newington is my stomping ground over and I don't shy away from a pint - first round is on me!
