Creative Designer, 2020 - 2025


As design lead, I work across new business, earned-first campaigns and internal projects, supporting the design process from concept through to delivery. Key experience includes:


  • Management of internal design studio: I oversee day-to-day design output, resourcing, budgets and timelines, while ensuring delivery across multiple disciplines. Including tutoring Junior designers, liaising with print partners and growing our profile with new design leads.

  • Shaping brands: I have delivered 3 rebrands for Tin Man, sister agency OhMy!, and new partnerships brand Dorothy, each with their own tailored brand systems and identities.

  • Visual frameworks: Using the latest tools, including AI to build and evolve from insights into an effective piece of visual storytelling to be sell our ideas. Most recently contributing to Tin Man's stellar run of new business wins in 2025.

  • Integrated: Aswell as the usual suspects that come with being a designer I am experienced in print production, video editing, animation and art direction.

  • Lead in print OOH campaigns: for Gumtree, Trainline and GU — involved in everything from concept and artwork through to social rollouts, internal comms and in-app design, as well as media buying and production conversations.

  • Cultural trends: and design innovations through D&AD, TypoCircle, and Nice Tuesdays, while learning new tools including Figma, Framer, and AI (Midjourney). Also took part in internal inclusion and mental health initiatives.

I have 7+ years of award-winning agency experience (branding, packaging, PR and advertising) and come with. a wealth of I'm seasoned in creating vibrant, narrative-driven designs across digital and print. Having grown in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment I take pride in creating strategically grounded, collaborative work.


I'm proficient in the Adobe CC Suite, Midjourney, Gemini, Figma, Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Slides. I come with a wealth of experience across Brand, OOH, Social, Packaging, Print, Artwork, Motion & Editorial.


But who actually am I?

A big foodie born into a cheddar-making Somerset family (yes, free cheese). I'm an avid sports fan, dog person and keen traveller.

With 7+ years of award-winning agency experience (Branding, Packaging, PR and Advertising) I'm seasoned in creating vibrant, narrative-driven designs across digital and print. Having grown in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment I take pride in creating strategically grounded, collaborative work.

As design lead, I work across new business, campaigns and internal projects, supporting the creative process from concept through to delivery. Key experience includes:


  • Managed TinStudio, our in-house design hub, overseeing day-to-day creative output, resourcing, budgets and timelines, while ensuring delivery across multiple disciplines.

  • Delivered rebrand projects for Tin Man, sister agency OhMy!, and new partnerships brand Dorothy (2025), each with their own tailored brand systems and identities.

  • Collaborating with strategists, creatives, senior management, social teams and external partners to develop earned-first PR campaigns, leading design responses to briefs and presenting concepts to both clients and internal teams.

  • Created a visual framework for all new business pitches, which supported recent wins for Cadbury Biscoff, Tesco & Dunelm.

  • Led digital and print OOH campaigns for Gumtree, Trainline and GU — involved in everything from concept and artwork through to social rollouts, internal comms and in-app design, as well as media buying and production conversations.

  • Supported junior designers with guidance and day-to-day advice, helping them progress while contributing to raising overall creative standards.
