Tin Man

Creative Designer | 2020 - 2026

I was responsible for keeping multiple workstreams, budgets and timelines on track. Working to maintain quality while balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines. I supported the development of freelance and junior designers alongside my project work. I worked closely with creatives to help bring pitch ideas to life in the most compelling way possible, selling a concept through physical pitch theatre, motion and AI-generated content. My focus was on the craft of presentation making sure the work landed in the room the way it deserved to. I presented creative work directly to clients, leading those conversations and responding to questions and feedback in the room. It was something I did consistently throughout my time in the role. I worked on social content for internal communications and select client brands, adapting campaign ideas and visual systems across formats to keep things consistent from hero asset through to feed. Selected Projects - OOH campaigns for Gumtree, Trainline and GU: Took these from concept through to final artwork, rolling out across OOH, social, in-app and internal environments. Involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams and production partners throughout. Rebranding Tin Man and OhMy! - Led the brand identity work for Tin Man and sister agency OhMy!, working to translate strategic thinking into visual systems that felt cohesive across touchpoints. Launching Dorothy. Built the visual identity for Dorothy, a newly launched partnerships agency, from the ground up - developing the look and feel to reflect its positioning and personality.
