Fruit & Veg for Schools

Tesco, 2026

An initiative to inspire children to wise up about Fruit and Veg. Students were invited to renamed their favorite fruits and vegetables, designed to normalise fresh produce in everyday school life, encouraging better eating habits and long-term behaviour change.

Role
Building tailor-named boards for each participating student from each school, leaning on pre-existing Tesco assets. Collaborated with the wider design team to roll out POS aisle hangers, school signs and and media friendly asset.

Impact

  • 94% of teachers also reported improved behaviour from kids

  • The ‘Ultimate Munchers’ consumed a whopping 14,778 items eaten throughout the school year, that’s nearly four times more than the average amount purchased
